Confidential Disclosure and Use Agreement

CONFIDENTIAL DISCLOSURE AND USE AGREEMENT

The party specified below (hereafter “Recipient” or “The Recipient”) agrees to receive in confidence a detailed  disclosure of the business and product information from the Tour Now Network, L.L.C., a Michigan Limited Liability  Company.

It is understood that all features of this disclosure of information to the Recipient will be received in confidence and will  not be divulged to others without the written consent of The Tour Now Network, L.L.C.. Similarly, no information about or  feature of the disclosure will be used without the written consent of the Tour Now Network, L.L.C..

It is the purpose of this Agreement simply that the parties may exchange information without allowing the Recipient to  have use of or ability to disclose the information and products provided to it by The Tour Now Network, L.L.C.. In the  event the recipient of this information violates this Agreement, it may be enforced under the laws of the State of  Michigan and The Tour Now Network, L.L.C., in addition to actual damages, may also recover its actual costs and  attorney fees in being forced to enforce this Agreement.
