In order to use this Web site, you must first complete the registration form [and/or create a user name and password]. During registration you are required to give contact information (such as name, address, phone number and email address). We use this information to contact you about the services on our site in which you have expressed interest, and to help us administer and maintain your virtual tour account .

THE TOUR NOW NETWORK, LLC (Hereafter TOUR NOW) is the sole owner of the information collected on www.tournow.net. TOUR NOW collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We do not store credit card information on our server.

We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Special Offers and Updates

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. TOUR NOW stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

Personally identifiable information:
We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.

We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. Co-branded sites and information submitted through Virtual Tours

Tour Now Network Full Service Resellers:
TOUR NOW has many full-service resellers throughout the country, and many of them have their own websites, some of which are served from the TOUR NOW servers. Any information submitted through these websites is the property of the Reseller. TOUR NOW does not have access to this information at any time, and any information submitted through these sites are not covered by the terms of this privacy statement.

Information submitted through Tour Now Virtual Tours:
Information you submit through virtual tours created with the Tour Now system is the property of the Realtors and Real Estate Professionals who purchased the virtual tour. Any information that you submit through a virtual tour, by using the ‘E-mail this Agent’ or ‘Page this Agent’ features will be electronically submitted to the Agent via e-mail or electronic page. Additionally, this information will be stored within the Tour Now system so that the agent you have contacted can have ongoing access to your message.

Apart from the specific real estate agent or Realtor you have contacted through the tour, TOUR NOW does not share any information submitted through its virtual tours with any third parties.

Access to Personally Identifiable Information
If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by making the change through the Personal Information section of the TOUR NOW system or by e-mailing our customer support staff at support@tournow.net.

Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) on our payment screen, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
